Ahh. So it’s been exactly a year since Tickety-Boo left the comfort of the back room and into the workshop at Bridewell Space. I love the view from my window almost as much as I don’t love the fact that we are on the second floor, without lifts.

The team celebrated with (very demure) gin & tonics and I finished Andrew and Gilly’s re-covering. It’s chartreuse velvet with multi-coloured velvet buttons. Hmmmm, stroke-able. Smoothe smoothe, stroke stroke. MEOOOOWWWWW.

In other news, our spin-off commercial enterprise toasted installing a gabillion buttoned benches and banquettes at Greenbank’s newest amenity, after the dog poo and Jim’s Bottle shop, the rather fabulous Greenbank Pub. Revived by the Zazu’s team and full of delicious pizzas, fancy beers, decent red wine (if our baptism on Thursday was anything to go by) and frankly totally unnecessarily shots of Sambucca (if our hangovers on Friday were anything to go by). It’s my local. I will be the lady in the corner, drinking red and looking underneath the banquettes for stray staples. For more on The Greenbank- https://www.facebook.com/nick.pennock.33?fref=ts
